With the participation of more than 25 partners Talleres Industriales SA, the renowned motivator Eduardo Williams of Williams & Williams Company, began the social and educational program Focus on the Family: attitudes and values.
It´s objective was to strengthen the fraternal relationship with the families of employees of Talleres Industriales S.A. through a learning methodology, on topics such as the relationship between parents and children, dysfunctional families, managing finances, self-esteem, managing stress, drug prevention, behaviour of children, among others.
This training included the development of five modules, divided into three stages, with the participation of different personalities in the field of psychology, sociology and family therapy. In this first time, the program was aimed to employees who are parents. in the following phases, it will be held to partners and children of members of the company. Its purpose is to fill the gap of home teaching, focusing on parents and children issues, values such as respect for others and themselves.
